#124 Improve Organ Perfomance: Brain Health

The brain is fascinating for many reasons, often referred to as the master control center of the body. It’s integral to the functioning of our entire electrical system and serves as the center of our emotions and cognition. Interestingly, it is the only organ with two distinct types of doctors: neurologists and neurosurgeons, each addressing different aspects of brain health.
